About Wildfire Ready Services
Dan Moore is a Hazardous Wildfire Fuels Reduction Specialist and Consultant. Dan is the owner and operator of Wildfire Ready Services and DMooreAG LLC. Dan started WRS to meet the demand for high quality efficient wildfire forest fuels reduction work. Utilizing systems thinking, Dan has developed an efficient method of fuels reduction based on material handling principals, while also focusing on limitations of the current working environment such as: labor, economics, logistics and time restraints. From this frame work, the "Top Down" system was created. The Top Down System is a scalable, efficient , cost effective and safe step by step approach to easily manage all wildfire forest fuel types, from large standing dead trees to grass land pastures. The Top Down method easily scales to meet the volume and urgency of wildfire fuels reduction that is currently needed. Dan has implemented his system with great success.

Hawkin's Way Wildland Urban Interface Fuels Reduction and Removal
Working directly with APWC and property owners to effectively remove and mitigate fire fuels, establish fuel breaks, remove hazard trees and reestablish entry and exit points for emergency vehicles.
Applegate Fire District Hazard Fire Fuels Reduction
Working with private property owners and the Applegate Fire District to mitigate hazardous fire fuel loads and begin to reintroduce seasonal broadcast burning.
St. Rita's Retreat Center
Working with St. Rita's volunteers to reestablish trails and road ways for better access. Removing and processing fire fuels. Improving usable space on the property, and rehabilitating structures.
Sky Sail Ranch Wildfire Fuel Removal
Working to reduce fire fuel loads on Sky Sail Ranch, a 50 acre horse training facility located in the Siskiyou Mountains of Southern Oregon.
